Information: A magazine.
The Folk Dancer (Manchester), was a magazine by Hugh A. Thurston (see photo above), Editor, and Henry R. Baldry, Publisher.
The magazine covered topics such as folk dance history, technique, and specifically featured discussions on Balkan rhythms and Scottish country dances. It was a distinct publication from other similarly named, such as the Folk Dancer published by Michael Herman.
